Returns
We do hope you love your received items. If for any reason you want to return them, you may do so, for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. You will need to return the item at your own expense, using any tracked service, securely packaged with your name and order number inside. Orders returned after 14 days will not be refunded and you will have to arrange collection to get the items back to you.
Faulty Goods
If a product arrives faulty, we will replace it or refund you. This guarantee does not cover items misused or abused. In case of faulty goods please contact us via info@click2bag.co.uk with photographic evidence, your order number, and the name you used to place the order. Goods should not be returned to Click2Bag without prior agreement. All agreed returns should be packed correctly and returned to Click2Bag detailing the returns. Only Goods in their original packaging will be credited.
